Are you ready to build and grow the business and the mindset you want!
Business Mentoring & Momentum for Founders
Business mentoring for founders, entrepreneurs and business owners who want clarity, momentum and stronger commercial results.

Most founders don’t suffer from a lack of vision. They suffer from the weight of too many options and the daily friction of being busy but not necessarily productive. Potential is easy; follow-through is where the breakdown happens.
The pressure of running a business often hides behind 'busy work'—the tasks that feel productive but leave the fundamental health of the business unchanged. Eventually, the 'important' work gets pushed aside for the 'urgent' noise.
This is where mentoring earns its keep. We bridge the gap between intent and action by cutting through the noise, steadying the mindset, and turning scattered effort into a simple, disciplined system for consistent, sustainable growth.
Online 1:1 business mentoring across the UK - all sessions recorded and summarised with a custom work-plan.
What makes this different
Not more noise. Better thinking, better decisions, better business.
• You stop making decisions from panic, avoidance or overdrive - and start making them from clarity.
• You know exactly what to focus on - and what to stop doing - so effort actually moves the needle.
• Your sales conversations get stronger because you're no longer approaching them from a position of need.
• The business feels steadier because the person running it is steadier. That's not a soft outcome. It's a commercial one.
The frameworks behind the mentoring
The Momentum Room
We explore your internal state using the 'rooms' framework. By identifying which state you are operating from at any given moment, we ensure your mindset supports your strategy rather than sabotaging it.
The Adaptive Mindset Model
Running a business is mentally demanding. We install frameworks to help you stay calm under pressure, move from reactive to proactive thinking, and ensure your mindset is an asset, not a bottleneck for growth.
The House Model
A strong business requires sound architecture. The House Model installs firm foundations: defining your brand, clarifying your ideal client, sharpening your offer, and creating a predictable path to enquiries.
The ABCDEF Growth Loop
A repeatable system for traction: Acquisition, Brokerage, Contracts, Delivery, Extraction, and Feedback. We install this loop to turn effort into a simple system for repeatable growth.
If you want a mentor who will be kind and direct — and won’t let you talk yourself into comfortable stories — you’ll like this.
Who this is for
- Founders and owners who feel stuck between potential and follow-through
- Service businesses that deliver well but want better marketing and sales
- Leaders managing staff, standards, and growth - without losing their head
- People who want clarity, structure, and momentum - not motivational fluff
This is not for people looking for vague reassurance or passive coaching. If you want traction, we'll get on.
What we work on
We’ll focus on the commercial levers that move the needle now — then build the robust systems needed to sustain that momentum.
Commercial Strategy – Defining what to prioritise, what to ignore, and what to stop doing to protect your momentum.
Sales Pipeline – Strengthening your conversations, handling objections, and closing with commercial confidence and clarity.
Marketing Visibility – Messaging and brand positioning that generates real business enquiries, not just random noise.
Execution & Focus – Tightening the bridge between intent and action to ensure your most important work actually gets finished.
Leadership & People – Navigating hard conversations, defining standards, and building a culture of commercial accountability.
Mindset & Resilience – Maintaining emotional control and steadying the nerves under the unique pressure of scaling a business.
AI & Efficiency – Leveraging tools to save time, automate repetitive tasks, and sharpen your total business output.
Momentum & Scale – Building a repeatable system for growth that delivers results without relying on your daily mood or energy.

Why I do this
I spent my early self-employed years burning through life savings and making every mistake possible. I know what it feels like to have immense potential but zero commercial traction.
A decade later, having built and scaled multiple brands, I’ve learned that growth isn't about complexity—it’s about the steady execution and the mindset that allows it. My focus is on providing the commercial credibility you need to achieve momentum:
- Successfully founded and scaled multiple service businesses in the UK.
- Transitioned from struggling founder to commercially disciplined mentor.
- Refined frameworks like The House Model and ABCDEF Loop for predictable growth.
- A pragmatic approach that steadies nerves while tightening business systems.
I’m the person I needed ten years ago: someone to steady the nerves, simplify the plan, and make sure the work actually gets done.
Niall O’Loingsigh — Dementia Nurse and Training Specialist
Case Study: Clinical Transition
After years of clinical nursing, I launched my own training business but struggled with marketing and the fear of being 'pushy.' I offered a lot but lacked commercial direction, often reducing prices and sacrificing my work-life balance to please everyone.
Working with Andy and the Momentum Room model completely shifted my perspective. Recognising blind spots like 'excessive pleasing' allowed me to refine my offer and find a high-value niche. Using the framework felt like having a board game strategy; the diagram became the board where I could finally see my current position and the exact move needed next.
The outcome has been a focused, structured business that values my expertise. Andy’s grounded, authentic style and frameworks gave me the clarity to transition from a scattered clinical background to a disciplined training specialist with a sustainable game plan.

Case Study: Mindset Mastery
Before working with Andy, I was struggling with mindset and direction, feeling a lot of fear about launching a new business. I had been trapped in a cycle of 'pushing through,' which eventually led to an unhealthy Cave state where I felt completely overwhelmed and unsure of how to progress.
The Momentum Room and Adaptive Mindset Model provided a framework to identify my mental state immediately. It shifted me from reactive spiralling to taking small, proactive steps. Andy helped me recognise when I was operating from overwhelm and gave me practical tools to move from stagnation to production.
I am now far more mentally resilient and disciplined. I’ve implemented non-negotiable boundaries, protecting time for admin and rest to ensure I stay in an asset state rather than becoming a bottleneck for my business. Andy’s practical, probing style helped me create a sustainable routine that actually works.

Case Study: Strategic Clarity
I had plenty of ideas and ambition but struggled to narrow them down into a clear commercial offer. I often felt caught between too many directions, operating from a state of urgency and over-explaining the value of my work instead of owning it.
The Adaptive Mindset Model gave me a vocabulary for these internal tensions. Understanding 'Cave' and 'Studio' spaces helped me recognise that quieter phases aren't failures but essential for growth. Working with Andy has forced me to slow down and ensure every opportunity actually aligns with our long-term build, rather than just reacting to the noise.
The Concrete outcome is that I am now significantly more intentional. I have prioritised my communication, sharpened the business identity, and protected the space needed for thinking. I’m no longer constantly reacting; I’m building with strategic challenge and genuine care for the vision we’re creating.
WHY MENTORING. WHY NOW.
The best athletes in the world don't hire coaches because they're failing.
They hire coaches because they're serious. Because they understand that having the ability to do something and having someone alongside you to sharpen, challenge and redirect that ability are two completely different things. Being great at your craft - your consultancy, your training, your service - doesn't automatically make you great at building a business around it. Those are different skills. And trying to figure them out alone, while also delivering the work, while also managing the pressure, while also pushing through the doubt - that's where most capable founders quietly lose years they can't get back.
I know because I did exactly that. I spent the early years of building my own businesses making every expensive mistake available. Not because I lacked ability or drive. Because I didn't have anyone to tell me which direction to put it in.
That's what this is. Not a course. Not a programme you work through alone. A real working relationship with someone who will tell you the truth, back you when you need it, challenge you when you need that more, and help you build something that actually works - at whatever stage you're starting from.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE AT A CERTAIN STAGE TO START
Wherever you're starting from, the foundations are the same.
In ten years of working with founders, the entry point has almost never been the real issue. What I see consistently - whether someone is just starting out or has been building for years - is the same small set of patterns. Getting clear on those, and changing them deliberately rather than hoping they resolve themselves, is where the work begins.
You're just starting out
You have ambition, ability and drive - but too many directions pulling at once. You're trying to build everything simultaneously rather than going deep on one clear thing. The most expensive mistake I see new founders make is spending a year building in the wrong direction before someone points them at the right one. Getting clarity early isn't a shortcut. It's the whole game.
You've been building for a while
You've started, you're delivering, and you know you're good at what you do. But the marketing is scattergun, the pricing doesn't reflect the value, and you keep picking up work that drains you rather than owning a clear space. Underneath most of this - if we're honest - is a belief problem, not a strategy problem. Fix the tactics without changing what you believe about your own value, and you get the same results with better packaging.
I work with both. The framework is the same. The starting point just looks different.
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES
Not just a better plan. A different way of running.
You stop waking up at 3am running the numbers and start making financial decisions from clarity rather than fear. You stop discounting yourself before the client has even pushed back - and start holding your price because you genuinely believe it's worth it. You stop saying yes to protect the relationship and start setting boundaries that make the relationship better.
The Alarm Room quietens. The Cave visits get shorter. You spend more of your working day in growth and curiosity, and less of it managing your own anxiety about whether any of this is going to work.
Your marketing gets sharper because you stop trying to speak to everyone. Your sales conversations get easier because you're no longer approaching them from need. Your business starts to feel like something you're building intentionally rather than something that's happening to you.
This isn't a promise that everything becomes easy. Running a business is hard and it stays hard. What changes is who you are when it gets hard - and that changes everything downstream.
CHOOSE THE LEVEL OF SUPPORT THAT FITS
An investment in the person running the business.
All mentoring is built around the same framework. The difference between packages is how much time, access and implementation support you want around you. If you're unsure which fits, the clarity call will help.
Mentoring at this level is a significant investment. It's designed to be. The founders who get the most from it are the ones who treat it as one - who show up prepared, do the work between sessions, and are ready to be challenged on the stories that have kept them where they are. If that's you, the return on this investment will be one of the clearest you make in your business this year.

FAQs
Is this coaching or mentoring?
Both. Coaching is useful when you need to find your own way; mentoring is necessary when you need a shortcut. We use whatever moves the needle fastest on your momentum.
Who is this for?
Founders and owners who are capable but stalled. If you’re looking for vague reassurance, I’m not your person. If you want commercial momentum, we’ll get on.
Do you work with start-ups and established founders?
Yes. The principles of clarity and execution scale. Whether you’re finding your feet or scaling a team, we focus on the work that actually moves the business forward.
What’s the difference between Standard and Platinum?
Standard provides clarity, structure, strategy, and work-plans. Platinum includes everything in Standard plus deeper implementation support and closer touchpoints for founders seeking a true partnership.
Are sessions recorded?
Always. You’ll get the recording, a session summary, and a clear work-plan afterwards. You stay present in the session; I focus on the capture.
Can I choose the focus of the deep-dive day?
Absolutely. It’s your business and your strategic reset. We focus entirely on your biggest strategic bottleneck—whether that’s your sales structure, marketing messaging, or scaling staff.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Mentoring is an investment in your commercial health, not just a cost. We can structure monthly payments to help you manage your momentum without stressing your cash flow.
Is this available online across the UK?
Yes. All sessions are conducted via 1:1 video calls. It’s direct, efficient, and fits into your business schedule regardless of where you are based in the UK.
